High quality thermostatic brass valve and lockshield set

Available in standard angle connections for 1/2" (15mm) connections to copper pipe

Supplied in brass or chrome plated finish.

Please note that as all radiator valves are custom made we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged in transit or faulty.
Thermostatic valves are bi-directional. Operating temperature range approximately 5-30 degrees centigrade.
Turn handwheel clockwise to decrease the temperature and vice versa.
Normal room temperatures are achieved with between 1 or 2 black rings being exposed on the valve stem. Complete clockwise rotation of the handwheel will give full mechanical shutdown of the valve, overriding the thermostatic mechanism. Heating systems with thermostatic radiator valves must be fitted with relevant differential by-pass valves.

Test Pressure: 7 bar/100 psi - manual and thermostatic. Differential pressure: 0.6

Unwrap valves, preventing damage by laying them on the tissue paper in which they were wrapped. Apply sealing tape or sealant to the thread of the radiator connector. Tighten the connector into the radiator using a 12mm. hexagon key. Ensure that the rubber ‘o’ ring is in place on the connector before re-attaching the valve body.

After installation clean the valves with a soft cloth.

ALWAYS when tightening or unscrewing incoming pipework, use a spanner fitted to the inlet adaptor hexagon – Damage to the valve could result if these instructions are not followed.
To prevent damage to the valve nuts, cut strips of cardboard from the packaging and wrap around the nuts before applying a spanner to them.

Classically styled radiators that combine elegance of a bygone era with high efficiency space heating.

The scrolled relief patterned Burlington may possess the aesthetic qualities necessary to compliment the traditional property, but its performance is second to none making it a match for the most modern -looking radiator.

The Burlington is the preferred choice for traditionally styled new build or refurbished period properties, where it can replace outdated or antique radiators with minimum disruption to the fabric of the building or the existing pipework.

The Burlington is available in a single height of 838mm, which fits neatly below standard dado rail positions. Assembled radiators can be delivered to site in lengths comprising of 10 sections. Further sections may be assembled on site for longer finished radiators.

Each radiator is supplied complete with plugs, bushes and vents with a choice of ½", ¾" or 1" connections.

To complete the traditional styling, solid brass radiator valves may be purchased in a choice of ½" or ¾" connection sizes to provide a completely authentic ensemble. Burlington radiators have a maximum working pressure or 4 Bar, an output per section of 182.5 watts and carry a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
